IEEE ITW 2027

Welcome to the 2027 IEEE Information Theory Workshop (IEEE ITW’27). The ITW’27 will be held in Munich, Germany between April 05-08, 2027.

ITW’27 is planned as an in-person conference, with authors expected to travel and participate in the event. Munich is known for its historic Bavarian architecture and urban parks, with world-famous nearby destinations including the Bavarian Alps and Neuschwanstein Castle.

The IEEE Information Theory Workshop (ITW) focuses on high-quality research in information theory, coding theory, and related fields like machine learning, privacy, security, and quantum computing. It features, plenary talks, themed sessions, and contributed papers, offering a more focused atmosphere than larger conferences. Contributions spanning a broad range of themes related to information and coding theory and their interactions with other disciplines are strongly encouraged.

The 2027 Information Theory Workshop (ITW 2027) invites proposals for themed sessions. Organizers should propose a theme within the scope of the workshop and invite three researchers actively working in that area. See Call for Themed Session Proposals.
